G. David DeLozier, a lawyer since the early 1970

 has an extensive background in a wide variety of litigation, business organizational planning, including corporate, partnership and individual tax planning, real estate acquisition and development of residential and commercial projects.  In recent years, emphasis has been principally litigation:  personal injury civil cases (including accidents and other personal injuries, sex abuse, and medical malpractice); criminal cases (DUI to capital murder); bankruptcy; family law (including divorce, decree modifications, child custody and support modifications); and commercial law (contract disputes and other business disputes).  Additionally, beyond the lawyer role itself, there has been extensive business experience at the operational and ownership levels. Additionally he has been involved in several volunteer and pro bono representations for nonprofit organizations and individuals.  Bachelor of Science, Carson-Newman College; Master of Arts, Columbia University; Doctor of Jurisprudence, University of Tennessee; postgraduate legal studies at Temple University; Member: State Bar of Arizona, United States District Court, District of Arizona, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. David has practiced in several of the Superior Courts of the State of Arizona, the Arizona Courts of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court, United States District Court in Arizona, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the justice and municipal courts in Arizona.
